I'm Jane McDowell

I’m on a mission to rewild the world one woman at a time; I love nature and I love rewilding the natural world and that's also exactly what I want for women,

I want us to be untamed, to flourish and be who we really are, to fully embrace our power as women and be seen and heard without resorting to adopting behaviours typically displayed by men.

That's why I've combined my 24yrs experience as  a healthcare and mindset practitioner and 4yrs as a confidence and public speaking coach and created Rewilding Women's Voices.
